Account Status

This allows you to add options for describing the account status of a customer and will appear in the ‘view by SAN’ and ‘order processing’ screens.


To add a new account status, type in the description (for example ‘Account customer’) into the box at the top of the screen, and select either Y(es) or N(o) from the combo box to indicate if an account with this description should be stopped (when you acknowledge orders for stopped customer types the orders will automatically be held). Click on the add button, the new description will appear at the bottom of the screen.


You can change the descriptions of existing account types, by editing them on the list.


Use the order boxes to determine in which order they should appear on the screen.


To delete an account type, check the delete box.


Click on set sort to save all changes.
